Michael Prange is a commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience advising owners, investors, and tenants across multiple asset classes. Licensed in Alabama, he leads the commercial division of Keller Williams in Southeast Alabama, serving local and regional clients.

Before relocating to Alabama, Michael built his career in New York City’s Outer Boroughs, overseeing complex lease and sales transactions totaling more than $200 million. His experience includes investment sales, large office leases, industrial acquisitions, and owner-user transactions involving sophisticated deal structures.

Michael is a graduate of Florida State University in Creative Writing and Business Communication. He brings a strategic, disciplined, and creative approach to commercial real estate, helping clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing decisions with confidence.
